Start your school boarding experience with confidence as you build the skills to live in a dorm setting. This program simulates the balance of boarding life and the academic experience to help you transition in the fall smoothly.

StarCatchers Theater Camp is for kids who love singing, dancing, or acting!
– Theater Camp Grades: 4th grade – rising 12th grade
– Time: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Campers will experience the theatrical process from start to finish as they collaborate to produce a musical theater performance. Their journey will include instruction in acting, singing, and dancing, as well as how to put it all together to form strong characters for our performance. Whether your child is going on stage for the first time or is a seasoned veteran, they will thoroughly enjoy this camp and will cap off their experience with performances at Solebury School on the final days of camp.
Highlights of the program include:
• Creating props from a variety of materials that help bring a magical world to life
• Developing scenic painting techniques, turning raw materials into a beautiful land that transports the audience into the action
• Learning the basics of lighting design to enhance the look of the sets and light the action of the show
• Gaining experience working backstage while running multiple live shows in front of an audience

Perkiomen School, Summer Camp
At Perkiomen’s Theater Camp, actors of all experience levels and ages work together to put on a full-scale musical in just one week. Student-actors will move through an open group audition on day one, to a week of rehearsals and workshops. You will practice line memorization, choreography, and the exploration of creativity and communication, all leading up to curtain call.
