Tamwood’s Montreal summer camp

Montreal is a bi-lingual – English and French – city, is Canada’s third largest city and offers an amazing number of attractions, events and festivals, making it a vibrant and cosmopolitan summer camp location. Tamwood’s Montreal summer camp is located on the campus of Concordia University.

The campus covers four square kilometers in the heart of downtown Montreal, is only 40 minutes by car from the Montreal airport, and is close to St Lawrence River, Old Montreal, markets, museums and many other famous sites. The location of this campus makes it a very safe and attractive choice for international campers.

TEEN GLOBAL LEARNER CAMP

With the guidance of our skilled staff and coaches, your teen will learn new skills, expand existing abilities, discover talents they didn’t know they had, and forever transform themselves in wonderful ways you can barely imagine. Tamwood’s unique approach links the core subject of English to technology, leadership, the arts, sports, culture and outdoor education.

The Tamwood Teen Global Learner Camp provides teenaged campers with a rich educational experience through English language classes, educational activities, cross cultural living arrangements, leadership training and activities, and critical reflection. Campers become “global citizens” who have an international understanding and perspective, stronger academic English and communication skills as well as the core life skills and competencies that will enable them to happily succeed in life, wherever they find themselves in the future.

Accommodation

Campers live in a modern residence building that features shared bedrooms and washroom facilities. Meals on campus are served buffet style.
