Summer School CID, Juan-les-Pins

LOCATION
Juan-les-Pins, located between Nice and Cannes, is a beautiful town with a rich cultural life. Lively by day and by night, it is one of the most popular destination for young people and teenagers. Courses take place in our Château School, a fabulous setting. The School offers a full programme of exclusive activities! There are a lot of interesting excursions to the cities of Côte d’Azur (Nice, Monaco, Cannes, Saint Tropez and other). Students will spend one afternoon at a private beach, where they can relax on a deckchair, topping up their tan and sipping a cold drink, or take part in water sports (ie. banana boat, paddle board). The weekly programme may include such activities as sailing or paddle boarding, boat trips, high rope obstacle courses, karting, laser quest, Zumba and cooking classes.
COURSE
Students can choose from the following options:
Standard Course:
• 20 x 45 min. lessons/week.
• Monday to Friday (except the Monday of arrival, which is devoted to a French test and city tour).
• 9:00-12:30 (with a 30 min. break); Maximum of 10 students per class.
Intensive Course:
• 26 x 45 min. lessons/week.
• Monday to Friday (except the Monday of arrival, which is devoted to a French test and city tour).
• 9:00-12:30 (with a 30 min. break); Maximum of 10 students per class.
• Twice per week: 13:45-16:00, Maximum of 8 students per class
ACCOMMODATION
Students are accommodated in comfortable rooms at our Castel Arabel residence, which is located in a quiet,
peaceful part of Juan-les-Pins, which has been fully renovated in 2017.
Highlights:
• 10 minutes walk from the beaches and town centre of Juan-les-Pins.
• Stay in air-conditioned multiple rooms (2,3 or 4 persons) with bathroom. Most of them have a terrace
or a balcony
• Swimming pool, television room, pleasant terrace and gardens.
MEALS
Breakfast and dinner are served at the residence from Monday to Sunday. Barbeque evenings and themed dinners are held every week. From Monday to Friday, lunch is served at the school. At the weekend, picnic lunches are provided for excursions or free days.
