Ciao! My name’s Simone, and I’m a native Italian teacher.
Here’s all you need to know about me:
I was born and raised in north Italy, near Milan, but most of my relatives are from Calabria (a beautiful region in the south), which is where I enjoy spending my holidays.
As you may know, Italy has the shape of a boot, and the Italian spoken around “la bella Italia” varies a lot depending on where you are in the country. Thankfully though, I speak a very clear Italian, which is not influenced by any local accent or dialect. This is ideal for those who want to learn the pure and “official” Italian language.
Although I love my home country so much, and miss the culture, people and, of course, the food, I have been living abroad for the last 10 years, mainly in very internationally diverse places. Speaking English well and Spanish fluently has allowed me to build friendships all around the world.
I have been teaching and training since 2010… and I just love and enjoy doing it!
I am a very energetic and smiley person, and I like to add this positive charisma to my lessons.
The aim of my classes is effectiveness; thus bringing students to comfortably engage in conversations or writing an essay by raising their confidence.
I believe a good teacher is a master of adaptation, obviously passionate about the subject, and able to mix in his classes the right balance of academic work and fun-related entertainment.
If you like what you read in my profile, and learning Italian is of your interest… get in touch, let’s have some fun! …You have just found your “professore di Italiano” online 🙂
