The School of International Hotel and Tourism Management

Today HTMi Switzerland has become a leading international hospitality and tourism education group with campuses in Switzerland, Singapore, Australia, Dubai and more than 20 partner campuses around the world.

At HTMi Switzerland, we focus on providing Undergraduate and Postgraduate education to students, combining academic pursuits with employment at the world’s leading hotels and restaurants.

– HTMi Switzerland students have the opportunity to receive 2 diplomas at the end of their studies: Swiss and British.

Undergraduate programs

Undergraduate programs have two different modes: 3-year intensive Bachelor Degree and 4-year traditional Bachelor Degree:

•Bachelor, BSc (Honours) Degree in International Hospitality Management
•Bachelor, BSc in International Culinary Arts Business

Bachelor, BA Degree with Career Enhancement Degree Electives in:
•Business Management
•Tourism Management
•Events Management
•Marketing Management
•Human Resources Management

Postgraduate programs

Postgraduate programs last 1 or 2 years depending on the academic background and work experience of each student:

•Postgraduate Diploma in International Hotel and Tourism Management
•Postgraduate Diploma in International Hotel Events Management
•Master (MSc) Hospitality and Tourism Management and MBA in Hospitality Management
•Master of Arts (MA) in Hotel Business Management
•MBA Hospitality Management
•MSc International Events and Hospitality Management

In addition, HTMi Switzerland counts with a star of the culinary world – Chef Andreas Kurfurst and his Swiss European Baking and Pastry Arts and Swiss European Culinary Arts programs.

Each year of all programs regardless of the course at HTMi Switzerland consists of 2 semesters:

•Academic semester – 5 months.
•Internship semester – 4-6 months (internships are done in 4 and 5 star hotels with the minimum salary of CHF 2,200 / month).

Undergraduate and Postgraduate students in hotel management also receive an UK Bachelor Degree diploma (Ulster University, Edinburgh Napier University).
