LOCATION
Ireland’s small capital city, full of character, culture and entertainment, is a perfect place to learn English. Dublin is famous for its relaxed, easygoing atmosphere and fun, friendly people. Dublin should be your choice if you are looking to learn somewhere lively, with a young population, where it’s easy to speak to people and there’s always something to do. Our English school has state of the art facilities to help you learn and is located close to the city’s best attractions with convenient access to public transport.
COURSES
General English
General English (20 lessons per week) will give you a practical understanding of the English language and take you all the way to fluency. See your confidence improve as we train you in all four communication skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing.
Intensive English (30 lessons per week) includes the above General English classes and also allows you to personalise your course by taking an additional 10 lessons per week across a wide selection of electives.
English for Work
The highly specialised teaching we offer will enable you to communicate in all situations, confident when interacting with colleagues and able to use the English language to achieve highly specific aims. As well as improving your English, you’ll develop many other workplace skills. The ability to solve problems, prepare for meetings and argue for your point of view will prove invaluable as your career advances.
English in the City
This Special Focus Programme combines 20 lessons of General English with 10 lessons focused on language study inspired by your destination, for a complete intensive experience that is tailored to you and your personal reasons for learning.
Academic Semester/Year
Taking the time to seriously focus on your English will open up unlimited opportunities for you. You will develop fluency, accuracy and appropriate uses of English across all four language skills. You will benefit from excellent guidance, monitoring and feedback throughout this course. As your English and your confidence improve, you will broaden your horizons and gain a huge advantage in your chosen career or education. Duration – 24 weeks.
Cambridge English Exam Preparation
Success in your FCE, CAE or CPE exam. Our learner-centred approach will provide you with the skills you need to prepare you for these internationally-recognised English language qualifications. Duration – from 8 weeks.
ACCOMMODATION
Residence
Located just a fifteen-minute walk from the bustling heart of Dublin, Binary Hub is a purpose-built accommodation that hosts students from many of Dublin’s colleges and universities, along with other English language schools. Every room has a double bed, is ensuite, and has plenty of storage space. There’s an onsite team present 24 hours a day ready to help you with any queries you have about your room or Dublin city. There is also a gym open from 6am to midnight.
Homestay
A Homestay is perfect for students who want to experience the local community and culture of Dublin. It’s also an excellent way to practise your English in a very natural way. You will be treated as a close friend of the family, couple or individual that you are staying with and will have your own freedom while being respectful to the family’s rules and expectations. There may also be up to three other students in the family but they will speak a different native language from yourself.
Standard Homestay – This option offers great value for money for the budget-conscious student.
Comfort Homestay – This is а mid-range accommodation, offering a higher level of comfort.
