Add One-to-One sessions to the General English course and maximise your progress through private lessons. With individual attention, these sessions are 100% focused on your requirements and designed by your teachers to match your specific needs.

Academic Semester/Year

Taking the time to seriously focus on your English will open up unlimited opportunities for you. You will develop fluency, accuracy and appropriate uses of English across all four language skills. The highly specialised teaching we offer will enable you to communicate in all situations, confident when interacting with colleagues and able to use the English language to achieve highly specific aims. CB1 Summer Residence

Comfort Summer Residence is a mixed gender residence consisting of single ensuite bedrooms.* The residence includes fully equipped kitchens and laundry facilities. Communal areas are cleaned once a week.

Homestay

You will enjoy all the comforts of home life: security, comfort and home cooked food, plus, you will have a unique cultural experience (it’s a great way to directly learn about British culture). In addition, you will be able to use your English in a natural environment outside of the classroom.

The homestay consists of mixed gender accommodation with single or twin room (if you book with a friend). Each room is furnished with a bed, desk/table (if not in the bedroom, you will be able to use a designated area for studying), chest of drawers or a wardrobe, mirror and a waste paper basket. Some rooms have TVs.

Kite Residence

Kite House is a modern city centre building which has recently been constructed. It consists of two good size kitchens including all appliances, 14 single rooms with private bathrooms, and laundry facilities. The house is mixed gender.

Student House

91 Cherry Hinton Road is a modern house featuring two good size kitchens with all appliances, 6 shared bathrooms, 6 single bedrooms, and 5 twin bedrooms. The house is mixed gender.

Next to the residence are shops, take-away places (Chinese, Indian, and Turkish), a typical Cambridge pub, The Rock, a pharmacy, a post office, a news agent, a bakery, and an Italian deli/mini supermarket.
